Initial Need:
Mikaland Mushroom Factory, in 2017 (1396 in the Persian calendar), was seeking a specialized solution for ventilating mushroom cultivation halls. The main requirement was to design a standardized and controllable system for precise management of temperature and humidity during different stages of mushroom growth, as well as to optimally execute the cook-out process.

Solution:
Aban Energy team designed and implemented a specialized air handling system, providing a standardized solution tailored to the needs of mushroom cultivation. In this project, full digital control of the process was enabled, allowing precise adjustment of temperature and humidity based on the mushroom growth stages. Additionally, the cook-out process was engineered and implemented in a fully standardized manner.

Result:
By deploying this system, Mikaland successfully achieved stable, controllable ventilation suited to the biological conditions of the mushrooms. Accurate and controlled management of temperature and humidity ensured optimal product growth and raised production quality to a desirable level.
