Initial Need:

Aram Darou Gostar Company was expanding its production lines and sought a reliable cooling system for its manufacturing facility and process hall ventilation.

Previously, the company had purchased air handling units (AHUs) and installed them in enclosed spaces without considering fresh air intake. During the technical evaluation for selecting a chiller, it became clear that the AHU locations were unsuitable for proper air circulation and ventilation.

Our team conducted a thorough assessment of the existing conditions and provided technical and corrective recommendations to ensure that the system would operate efficiently with minimal operational issues in the future. This consultative approach gave the client full confidence to entrust the equipment supply to us.

Solution:

Given the expandable nature of the production line, we recommended modular air-cooled scroll chillers, allowing future capacity increases without altering the infrastructure.

This recommendation was also approved by the project’s American technical consultant. In the first phase, two 20-ton units were supplied and installed, followed by four additional units to complete the capacity.

The modular design ensures that if production volume or cooling demand increases, the total system capacity can be upgraded simply by adding more units.

Result:

Although commissioning was delayed until 2025 due to shareholder changes and partial company ownership transfer, the equipment has been fully delivered and installed, with the technical infrastructure ready for operation.

The selection of modular chillers and the flexible system design provides a sustainable and scalable solution for Aram Darou Gostar, making this project an example of effective technical consultation and intelligent design in the pharmaceutical industry.
