Initial Need:

In the Elahiyeh Residential Complex project on Shariati Street, the internal fan coil units had already been procured and installed, and the client was in the process of selecting a central cooling system.

Due to the lack of reliable imported chillers in the market and the client’s high sensitivity to equipment quality and operational noise, the decision was made to select a high-quality Iranian chiller with dependable after-sales support.

After evaluating multiple options and holding several meetings with different suppliers, the client chose to work with our team based on the performance of our previous projects and the technical approval and satisfaction of past clients, some of whom were personally known to the client.

Solution:

For this project, two ultra-silent air-cooled scroll chillers were proposed and supplied, with a custom design to reduce noise and increase efficiency.

The chillers were equipped with low-noise compressors and intelligent capacity controls, ensuring quiet operation fully compatible with a residential environment.

Result:

Both chillers were successfully installed and commissioned, and the Elahiyeh Complex now enjoys a quiet, stable, and optimized cooling system.
