Initial Need:

The central building of Tehran Province Water & Wastewater Company, located on Fatemi Street, required a reliable and intelligent cooling system to ensure staff comfort during working hours.

The main objective was to design a system that would automatically operate during office hours and shut down after work. Additionally, space constraints and the inability to use cranes for moving large equipment posed significant installation challenges.

Solution:

For this project, two water-cooled screw chillers with a total capacity of 320 tons of refrigeration were designed and manufactured.

The air handling units (AHUs) were custom-built in the factory and initially pre-assembled in separate sections to facilitate transport. Final assembly and installation were carried out on-site.

The chiller and AHU control system was programmed for automatic operation based on office hours, with capacity and temperature control features to optimize performance.

Result:

The project was completed precisely and without any execution issues.

All AHUs were successfully assembled and commissioned on-site, and the building now enjoys a stable, intelligent, and efficient cooling system.

The client expressed full satisfaction with the quality of execution and the precise performance of the system.
