Initial Need:
At the Adineh 24-hour Clinic, considering the previously installed ductwork structure, there was a need to provide an air handling unit (AHU) and chiller system for precise temperature and humidity control within the clinic space. The main goal was to design an integrated system with minimal human intervention and maximum efficiency.

Solution:
In this project, after accurately calculating the building’s heating and cooling loads, a mini-chiller unit along with a custom-designed air handling unit was proposed. The AHU was designed considering the air exchange rate and spatial constraints, and equipped with a control panel for temperature and humidity, dampers, and a three-way motorized valve. Finally, the AHU controller was integrated with the chiller controller to automatically adjust cooling capacity and ventilation in real-time according to demand, without human intervention.

Result:
The project was successfully installed and commissioned, providing Adineh Clinic with a fully automated ventilation and cooling system. The automatic control of temperature and humidity not only ensured comfort for patients and medical staff but also optimized energy consumption, resulting in full client satisfaction.
