Initial Need:

Bank Mehr Iran initiated a tender for the supply and implementation of a complete cooling and HVAC system for the Alborz Province Branch Management Building.

The chillers were to be located between two adjacent buildings, which created a major design challenge regarding mechanical noise transmission and reflection. The client required a quiet, reliable, and highly efficient system for sensitive office spaces.

Solution:

Considering the project conditions and noise limitations, our technical team proposed and supplied ultra-low-noise air-cooled scroll chillers.

• Fans were equipped with silencers, and compressors were fitted with custom acoustic insulation to minimize environmental noise.
• Two 12,000 CFM air handling units and fifty ceiling-mounted concealed fan coils were optimally designed and installed for different areas.

During installation, we collaborated with the project consultant to make specialized adjustments to the execution drawings, maximizing air distribution and cooling efficiency.

Result:

The building’s cooling and HVAC system was successfully commissioned and now operates quietly and reliably.

The high performance of the equipment and the client’s satisfaction led to our team being entrusted with full maintenance of the facilities after the warranty period, reflecting Bank Mehr Iran’s complete trust and approval of our execution quality and service.
