Initial Need:
In 2019 (1398), Almas Commercial Complex was using an old absorption chiller system that, due to frequent breakdowns, high repair and maintenance costs, lack of access to suitable lithium bromide, and the aged cooling tower, could not reliably meet the cooling demands of the complex.

Solution:
Considering ease of maintenance, system integration, and available space, two air-cooled scroll chillers with a capacity of 120 tons each were proposed as replacements. In addition to designing and manufacturing the air-cooled chillers, a comprehensive maintenance manual was developed to simplify and optimize the service and preventive maintenance process for operators.

Result:
After commissioning the air-cooled chillers and implementing the maintenance manual, Almas Commercial Complex benefited from a stable and reliable cooling system. Service and spare parts costs were significantly reduced, and the client expressed full satisfaction with the system’s uninterrupted performance and ease of maintenance.
