Initial Need:
In the construction of the new building for the National Civil Registration Organization, a portion of the facility was designed as the main data center.
This center required a stable, precise, and reliable cooling system to ensure the continuous operation of sensitive IT equipment. Due to the critical importance of temperature and humidity stability in data center environments, selecting a unit with sufficient capacity and precise control was a primary project requirement.
Solution:
To meet the cooling needs of the data center, our team, in collaboration with Eram Data Center Infrastructure Company, designed and manufactured a 320-ton water-cooled screw chiller.
The chiller features:
- High-efficiency compressors
- Intelligent capacity control
- Real-time performance monitoring system
This design ensures high-precision and fully stable temperature conditions for the data center.
Throughout the project, our team also provided technical consultation and full supervision of installation and commissioning, ensuring the system was delivered without interruption and fully compliant with data center standards.
Result:
The project was successfully commissioned, and the installed cooling system demonstrated stable and precise performance under continuous operation.
The use of screw technology with intelligent capacity control guaranteed continuous cooling for the data center, resulting in complete client satisfaction and reliable long-term operation of the system.
