Initial Need:

The Pardis Recreational Complex – NAJA, located on Simon Bolivar Street, Tehran, includes a variety of service and recreational spaces such as restaurants, banquet halls, and accommodation facilities.

The client required a central and reliable cooling system to provide cooling for the entire complex. Due to space limitations, project timeline, and the need for precise cooling capacity control during peak hours, designing an efficient and flexible system was essential.

Solution:

For this project, an air-cooled screw chiller with Hanbell compressors was selected as the optimal solution in terms of efficiency and durability.

The system was designed with Continuous Capacity Control, enabling precise adjustment of chilled water output and optimized energy consumption.

In addition to supplying the equipment, our team provided full execution consultancy during installation and commissioning, ensuring the project was completed smoothly and in minimal time.

Result:

The installed screw chiller now delivers stable operation, precise temperature control, and uniform, reliable cooling throughout the complex.

The system was successfully commissioned, and the client expressed full satisfaction with technical performance, equipment quality, and execution support.
