Initial Need:

Pasargad Bank, aiming to upgrade the HVAC and cooling system of its central branch at Ferdowsi Square, Tehran, required a reliable and quiet cooling system to ensure the comfort of both staff and customers during working hours.

Given the urban location and limited installation space, it was crucial to select equipment that was compact, low-noise, and highly efficient.

Solution:

For this project, a 40-ton air-cooled scroll chiller was designed, supplied, and installed.

The chiller features high-efficiency scroll compressors and an intelligent control system, enabling automatic adjustment of cooling capacity according to real-time load.

Considering the space constraints, the unit was positioned to allow full access for maintenance and air circulation without causing disruption.

Result:

The project was successfully completed, and the installed chiller now operates reliably and quietly.
