Initial Need:
Puls Niro Company required a four-season industrial cooling system with precise capacity and appropriate pressure to cool advanced machinery equipment, including laser guns and IGBT modules. They faced difficulties in calculating the chiller capacity, demanded input and output temperatures beyond standard limits, and suffered from high pressure drops in the lines.

Solution:
The Aban Energy team performed a detailed thermal load analysis of the equipment and calculated the chiller capacity based on the needs of the laser guns and IGBTs. They designed a four-season process cooling system comprising a chiller, buffer tank, optimized pumps for pressure and flow control, a closed expansion tank, a custom buffer tank, collectors and ready-to-install pumps, and an integrated pump station. Finally, the chiller controller was connected to the central control system via Modbus protocol for process synchronization.

Result:
After installation and commissioning, Puls Niro Company benefited from a stable and precise cooling system. The input and output temperatures were maintained within the desired range, pressure drop was reduced, and centralized control along with easy servicing led to complete client satisfaction.
