Initial Need:
The villa project in Lavasan required an HVAC system capable of precise zoning and efficient performance due to the large area and open-plan layout. VRF systems were not a suitable option because of their high cost and import difficulties. The client sought a cost-effective, domestic alternative.
Solution:
The Aban Energy engineering team proposed mini-chillers as a flexible and economical solution. The cooling system consisted of several mini-chillers with varying capacities. Each mini-chiller was designed to serve one or more specific zones, allowing residents to independently control the temperature in different parts of the villa. Thanks to their compact size and modular installation, the system was easily accommodated in the available space. Additional advantages included low energy consumption, low noise levels, and compatibility with smart building control systems.
Result:
After installation and commissioning, the Lavasan villa project achieved precise temperature control in each zone, ensuring optimal comfort for residents. Initial investment and operational costs were significantly reduced, installation time shortened, and ease of maintenance brought complete satisfaction to the client.
