Initial Need:
In a new residential complex, after calculating the total cooling load of the building, the client sought to provide comfortable cooling for all units with the possibility of separate consumption measurement and independent management for each resident.

Solution:
Aban Energy initially proposed a central chiller to meet the cooling load. However, due to the need for consumption separation and individual control for each unit, a system based on multiple mini-chillers was designed. Consequently, each block or unit was equipped with a dedicated mini-chiller, allowing residents to adjust temperature and consumption independently.

Result:
The implementation of the mini-chiller system resulted in precise temperature control for each unit and the division of maintenance responsibilities among residents. This led to high satisfaction from both residents and the client due to the system’s flexibility and ease of operation.
