Initial Requirement:

BTM Tobacco Factory, located in Eshtehard, aimed to create stable and controlled environmental conditions for its production and packaging halls. The client sought a system capable of providing uniform cooling and air conditioning in sensitive process areas under the region’s variable climatic conditions.

Given the importance of air quality on production lines and the need for precise temperature and humidity control, the chosen system had to provide fast response, independent adjustment for each section, and high energy efficiency.

Additionally, considering rooftop space limitations and the need for installation in weather-exposed areas, a durable and reliable system with low maintenance requirements was essential.

Solution:

After a thorough review of the project’s technical requirements, a two-piece rooftop package unit was identified as the optimal solution.

By separating the indoor and outdoor units, this system allowed optimal placement in limited spaces and facilitated service and maintenance.

Since the complete installation of both indoor and outdoor units was handled by our team, all stages—from designing refrigerant piping and control wiring to balancing airflow and final performance testing—were executed with engineering precision and direct supervision.

One of the main challenges was potential corrosion of the condenser coils due to humidity and environmental pollutants. To address this, our company’s specialized anti-corrosion coating was applied to the coils, extending system life and maintaining performance over time.

This measure not only protected the fins against electrolytic corrosion but also reduced the need for periodic maintenance and ensured stable thermal performance.

Result:

With precise execution of the design, installation, and anti-corrosion coating, the two two-piece rooftop package units at BTM Factory were commissioned with high efficiency, long durability, and fully stable operation.

The installed systems provided uniform and controlled cooling and ventilation for the production halls, earning full satisfaction from the client’s technical and management teams.

This project stands as a successful example of combining engineering, specialized execution, and advanced protective technologies in the industrial HVAC sector.
